We strive to deliver exceptional quality. If you are reasonably dissatisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following clear and simple terms:
Claim Submission: All refund claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your completed work, along with specific, supporting evidence detailing why the paper did not meet the original order instructions. Claims without proper justification will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that a mandatory 10% service charge is deducted from all refunds. We do not offer refunds for urgent orders (short deadlines) or for a student’s final academic grade/failure. Minor issues like formatting or citation errors will be resolved via our Free Revision Policy.
Usage Rights: Upon receiving a full or partial refund, you agree to forfeit all rights to the delivered paper. Any subsequent use of the content will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to review and reject any claim at our discretion.
